How Support Reimbursement Works
A simplified view of how costs are handled when an aircraft goes AOG.
Original Trip
Original operator refunds the full trip cost when the aircraft goes AOG.
Replacement Aircraft
Short-notice replacement aircraft cost you, or your client, 40% more on average, due to availability and repositioning.
CFS Support Reimbursement
CFS contributes toward the cost difference—up to 100% of the original trip value.
This creates combined purchasing power equal to twice the original trip cost.
Your exposure is typically limited to the support fee alone.

In the vast majority of AOG events, your only cost is the support fee. The rare exception occurs when replacement cost exceeds twice the original trip price. Even in this situation you only experience a minimal impact vs having not been supported at all.
