Josh brings decades of aviation leadership to Charter Flight Support, having previously served as President of JetLinx Scottsdale and President of Tempus Flight Solutions. As CEO of Aviation Innovation Holdings, he's passionate about helping brokers and operators solve the headache of mechanicals in the charter space. His vision for CFS centers on turning AOG events from competitive disadvantages into opportunities through proactive preparation and reliable support networks.

Tom is a proven entrepreneur with a track record of building differentiated businesses that transform their industries. As founder of Exclusive Resorts, he pioneered innovative business models that created entirely new categories in luxury travel. With a CPA foundation and deep entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of Joe Chocolate Co., he's shaped a finance function that's both disciplined and innovation-focused.
