What is Charter Flight Support?

Charter Flight Support is an AOG recovery service for charter brokers and operators. When there is a mechanical, we find a replacement aircraft, sort out the logistics, and handle the difference in cost.

How does CFS work?

You add CFS support when you book. If the aircraft goes mechanical, you notify us and our team starts sourcing immediately, 24/7/365. You choose the replacement, we handle the cost difference, and you stay in front of your client.

Who is CFS for?

Charter brokers and operators worldwide.

How does the membership work financially?

$1,000/month in pre-paid account credit. Every trip you protect with CFS draws it down. Most of our clients use the full credit with just one trip a month.

What is the membership term?

Six months. Your support rate is locked for the full term. There are no peak-season surcharges, no mid-term increases.

Can I cancel early?

Not without written consent from CFS. Membership terms are set at onboarding and represent a commitment for the full term. Renewal is by mutual agreement.

Can non-members use CFS?

Yes, CFS offers flexible per trip pricing without a membership. A few things to know: your rate moves with the market instead of being locked, you don't get priority access to aircraft, and you pay upfront.

How do brokers and operators deploy CFS to clients?

On your terms. Include it on every trip, offer it as an opt-in or opt-out line item, build it in with a savings opt-out, bundle it into your top-tier offerings, run it as a behind-the-scenes backstop, or mix approaches.

Membership or pay per trip?

If you fly even a trip or two a month, membership makes the most sense. You can always start as a non-member and move to membership. Non-member access is limited and priced at market rates.

What qualifies for CFS support?

An unscheduled mechanical issue within 10 days of departure, with a tech log confirming the mechanical.

Common examples: engine, avionics, or hydraulics problems, a mid-air mechanical diversion, or an issue found on pre-flight inspection.

What is NOT supported?

Scheduled maintenance
Mechanical issues more than 10 days out
Weather, ATC, and airspace
Crew availability
A client or owner pulling the aircraft
Physical damage from any source, including hangar rash and vandalism

What about floating-fleet trips?

Support applies once a tail number is assigned. If the trip is released before a tail is assigned, support doesn't apply. Assign tails early.

How much does CFS contribute to a recovery?

We support up to 2x your original trip cost. Model your own trip with our calculator.

What if the aircraft diverts mid-flight for a mechanical?

It qualifies. We source a replacement to get your passengers to their original destination.

Round trips and multi-leg trips?

Support follows the trip. We handle the cost difference on the affected leg, and the math works the same across round trips and multi-legs.

How fast does CFS respond?

Immediately. The moment you call, our team is on it.

How does CFS source replacements?

Through vetted operators and proprietary recovery inventory you won't find on standard marketplaces. We honor your DNU list and go to your preferred operators first.

Will the replacement meet my standards?

Yes. We never source from an operator on your DNU list, and we go to your preferred operators first. More than 80% of recoveries come back on equal or better aircraft.

What if I decline the options?

You're never required to accept. No penalty, and your membership continues for future trips. If you decline, CFS doesn't support that recovery financially. If the trip cancels before departure, your support fee is 100% refundable.

How much notice does CFS need?

Submit the trip to CFS when you book it, so support is in place. Then notify us the moment a mechanical hits. The earlier we know, the sooner we're sourcing.
